Anthia Koullouros is a Naturopath, Herbalist, Homeopath, Organic Health, Food & Lifestyle Educator. She also runs OVViO- an Organic Lifestyle Store & Naturopathic Clinic located in Sydney’s, Paddington and has created her own range of organic teas. Yep, really! Seeing as Anthia champions food as the ultimate medicine, Posse made it our priority to find out her favourite places to eat on earth!
Hi Anthia! What kind of places have you got on your Posse Street?
OVViO Organic Health & Lifestyle Store, Bread & Circus Wholefoods Canteen, Mitchell Road Emporium, Art Gallery of NSW, Becker Minty Potts Point – all aesthetically pleasing, serene and/or delicious places to visit, unwind and soak up the ambience!
What does your Posse Street reveal about you?
That I’m a lover of history, art, old-world Europe, traditional food and traditional herbal medicine juxtaposed with the modern and contemporary.
Are there any special memories or funny stories from any of the places that you’d like to share with us?
OVViO is the home of many special memories; it is what I’ve created and worked at for over 8 years. Every day I’m inspired by clients and customers seeking a healthy, conscious & sustainable lifestyle – it doesn’t get more special than that! Bread & Circus for the best and most beautifully styled breakfast plate in town thanks to Amanda (the owner)! Mitchell Road Emporium, because I love mixing old furniture with new decor and scouting out unique pieces for OVViO. Art Gallery NSW for the still, large spaces; freeing the creative juices, dreaming of old times and being immersed in beauty. Becker Minty because they are beauty and design personified!
Who do you take to your favourite places?
I enjoy taking myself! But also dear friends who I can just “be” with.
How did they make the cut to your Posse street?
Because they look and feel beautiful and make me happy. Simple!
