 Andrew Petrie has been Mayor of Woollahra five times and is now in his 21st year as a local Councillor at Woollahra Municipal Council. Andrew has lived in the Woollahra municipality for most of his life and along with his wife and two adult children they share a strong belief in shopping/dining locally and supporting local businesses.”We are so fortunate in Woollahra to be surrounded by all the beautiful natural assets of Sydney: great beaches, magestic parks, harbour pools. We also have the best restaurants, pubs, galleries, shops, cafes right on our doorstep. Here is a list of the places I really recommend to my friends and international guests via Posse. During her career she spent many years in the Middle East working for Royalty, managed numerous homes for high profile families in various parts of the United States where she managed protocol for VIP events, supervised the care of visiting dignitaries. She’s also honed her natural ability to recruit and build teams of superior service professionals from around the world.

Currently Fiona is an Adjunct Professor at New York City College of Technology – CUNY – in the Department of Hospitality Management. Her talent extends to taking on the role of Chair for Protocol and Diplomacy International , Protocol Officers Association Mentoring Program.
